The AI - 20 Tube activation devicecan activate up to 20 adsorption tubes at the same time, with independent temperature and flow control . It’s suitable for the activation of adsorbents such as Tenax -TA and activated carbon in adsorption tubes before sampling process of construction engineering material testing and atmospheric environmental testing . Operation of this device is very simple and convenient .
Two sets of independent thermal zones, four independent gas flow path, 20 tubes can be processed at the same time. The pressure is controlled by a precise pressure regulating valve.
Flow of carrier gas is adjustable.
The solenoid valves automatically control the on-off of the gas flow.
Optional function of preparing the standard sample.
