The AutoMate-AP60 Automated QuEChERS Platform for food pesticide residue detection can perform sample addition, extraction, purification, filtration, separation, centrifugation, vortex and other pre-treatment steps according to user definitions, and automatically and efficiently complete the processing of batch samples. Mainly used in the pre-treatment of food pesticide residue detection, and can also be extended to the pre-treatment of cosmetic substance detection. 1. AP60 can perform pre-treatment tasks such as vortex, centrifugation, salt addition, solvent addition, filtration output, and water bath nitrogen blowing. After the pre-treatment is completed, a 0.22um microporous filter membrane is used to filter out samples that can be directly analyzed by LCMS (2ml sample bottle), and samples that can be directly subjected to water bath nitrogen blowing and re dissolving (10ml sample tube) are also output. 

2. A device integrates multiple functions, which can either merge and automatically complete Quechers preprocessing, or split and work independently. All modules in the equipment can operate independently for centrifugal, vortex, nitrogen blowing, and other tasks. Meanwhile, in the segmented control mode, 50ml centrifuge tubes can be processed in a separate batch or 15ml centrifuge tubes can be processed in a separate batch to meet the different needs of the user.

3. Set up 60 sample grades and combine the upper and lower two-layer layout with dedicated intermediate indexing. Each functional module can work in parallel and can process at least 240 samples per day.

4. The vortex speed can be adjusted steplessly between 500 and 6000 revolutions per minute, and it can be matched with 50ml centrifuge tubes and 15ml centrifuge tubes for vortex;

Using a horizontal rotor and centrifuging at an appropriate speed, the sample precipitates close to the level; Two sizes of centrifuge tubes, 4 * 50ml and 4 * 15ml, can be placed simultaneously, which is efficient and convenient. Horizontal rotor centrifugation can achieve a maximum speed of 6800rad/min;

6. Using a dedicated customized salt box, adopting a patented structural design, quantitatively adding salt and solvent in a 50ml centrifuge tube.
