Abstract
Referring to "HJ 644-2013 Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds in ambient air", 35 kinds of volatile organic compounds were detected by Thermal desorption&GCMS, and the standard volatile organic compounds were qualitatively and quantitatively by external standard method according to retention time, mass spectrometry and characteristic ions.
1. Configuration scheme
2 Test the conditions
Injection method: automatic thermal desorption instrument
Injection mode: Split;Split ratio: 5:1
Column: RTX-624, 60m×0.25mm×1.4μm constant-current mode column flow: 1ml/min
Column Oven heating procedure: 30℃ (3.2min) 11℃/min 200℃ (10min)
Sampling port: 200℃; Ion source: 230℃; Transmission line: 250℃;
Solvent delay: 6min;
SCAN mode: Full scan (SCAN) or select ion (SIM); Scanning range: 35~350amu.
3、Test results
3.1 Qualitative results of volatile organic compounds

3.2 Overlapping spectra of standard samples of different concentrations
FIG. 2 Superimposed spectra of different concentrations
4. Calibration curve results
Formulate a calibration series of 5 concentration points, respectively 5mg/L, 10mg/L, 25mg/L, 50mg/L and 100mg/L.Perform ion scan tests from low concentration to high concentration in sequence according to the test conditions in Article 2.With the concentration of the target compound as the horizontal coordinate and the quantitative ion response value of the target compound as the vertical coordinate, the calibration curve is drawn. The linearity of both reaches 995 or above. The specific results are as follows.
