Model TD-50-S&TD-B for applications of dual-channel GC injection （25*2）. By using a dual cold trap structure, TD-B can achieve dual-channel GC sampling simutaneously for 50 sample tubes,which can greatly improve the efficiency of sample analysis.
TD-B&TD-50-S is an automatic two-stage Thermal Desorber .have the functions of automatic sample injection, sample focusing in trap, water removal from sample, automatic leak detection of the system, graphical touch-screen operation interface, and automatic scanning of sample tray. And it’s suitable for GC or GC-MS of different manufacturer.
The multistage thermoelectric cooler ensures that the cold trap focusing analytes more effectively. The heating rate of the cold trap can reach 100℃/s. the chromatographic peak is sharper with the instantaneous rapid trap heating
The unique Ferris-wheel rototable sample tray can horizontally hold 50 sample tubes which are convenient be to taken off or put in because of the unique design of buckle.
Desorption tube is full wrapped in heater which means fast and uniform heating of the tube so that the desorption process is more rapid and thorough.
The integrated gas path/control module integrates the gas pathway and the pneumatic valve and circuit, reduces the number of connectors, and makes the gas pathway have better gas tightness and convenient pipeline connection.
Heat-resistant membrane valve with zero dead-volume and extremely low leakage rate,ensures the integrity of the sample.
